Waikato Patchworkers and Quilters Exhibition 2021Sorry due to the uncertainty of Covid 19 we have cancelled our 2021 Exhibition.
We are meeting on the 11th July for our Annual General Meeting.
Waikato Patchworkers and Quilters Guild Committee We meet the second Saturday of each month at Chartwell Cooperating Church, 124 Comries Road, Chartwell The foyer opens from 10.30 am for members and friends to sit & stitch have a coffee and share lunches. The Hall then opens at 12:15 pm for members to borrow library books, look over our guest merchant's supplies. The Guild meeting start at 1:15 pm and we finish each meeting with an afternoon tea. Please Note: We will not have a merchant or speaker this month; we are sure that members have lots of stories to tell and quilts to show that were created during COVID-19 Lockdown. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Waikato Patchworkers and Quilters Guild Committee has decided to suspend Guild meetings until further notice. We have postponed our AGM and will advise of the new date as soon as the current situation allows. Please print off the form and nominate members for the positions for our Guild committee. Remember if you would choose to be on the committee let Belinda (the Guild President) know or get your friend/s to nominate you. Post in or bring to the March 14 Guild meeting. ![]()
The link posted above will open the proposed constitutional changes from Dawn Thompson. Dawn will present her motions at the AGM in General Business. You will be able to ask questions and vote for the proposed changes at this time. No new motions are able to be submitted or voted on as per the constitution. This allows all interested/affected parties to be notified. Please note the constitution is available on our website under Membership Fees etc... It is always available from a committee member on Guild day also. We will have a limited number of copies available at the AGM. Remember to pay your fees on or before April so that you can vote.
